The desk clerk at check out was polite. However, I think it is nonsense that my deposit wasn't attached to my registration so that it could be refunded at checkout. I believe waiting until 8 am to receive my deposit is a total inconvenience. The young man at check-in needs to train. He has NO HOSPITALITY ETIQUETTE AT ALL. I have been in hospitality for over ten years, from housekeeping to general manager. I found out about breakfast when I went downstairs to my car. The elevator was broken, and there was a disgusting odor of garbage as you went up and down the stairs. This property needs improvements. It is in a great location

Nothing was liked there....The place had people literally drinking and crack heads all outside,I went to visit my husband for work and a colleague was robbed .Dont stay there ,Drug activity ,It is not safe to stay there and they have roaches
